Bali Garden Beach Resort - Kuta (Bali)

Amazing place with its free wi-fi, outdoor swimming pool, and excellent staff service. I still remember when they offered me a cold drink to cool down on my first stay. Highly recommend it!

The location was great and magnificent, 5 km to Ngurah Rai International airport, perfectly reachable. The room itself was immaculately clean and had exceptional views of the Ocean.

The hotel had a very central location and it was a super close walk to Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church. You could walk to a large shopping mall and a market. The restaurant here was excellent with delicious food, we both ordered excellent dishes. The bed was extremely comfy, used a balcony, a large wardrobe, and a telephone.

Well, the area was quite old overall.

We really liked the beach location and the boardwalk area.

The rooms were a bit tired and the service by the majority of staff (Front counter, bar and some restaurant staff) was very poor. We had to wait a long time and they seemed uninterested in serving us.

Superbly friendly staff members, stunning location right by the beach out of the hustle & bustle of Kuta, Waterbom Park and Discovery Mall and beautiful tropical gardens. Enjoyable and gorgeous breakfast, lots of meals.

Absolutely loved the pools and the restaurants at Bali Garden Beach Resort. The staff were friendly, the service was great, and the cocktails and food was very enjoyable. Location was great and central to everything in Kuta.

Initially we were put in an unrenovated room, even though i requested when i checked in that we get a renovated room. The first room was disgusting, and had we not have been moved to one of the new rooms, we would've checked out.

The best thing for me was siting on the lounge chairs relaxing and overlooking the ocean. Then being waited on by the wonderful staff with drinks and food.

The breakfast bar was quite basic, but the pancakes were great.

Rooms are very basic- no hairdryer, no mini bar, no hand towels, no kettle for tea/coffee, air conditioner very noisy.

Beautiful hotel, relaxing atmosphere, with gardens that are fine and pools that include a swim-up bar, allowing you to enjoy a cocktail while unwinding by the water.

Towel art animals were fantastic!

Bali Garden is a very pleasant hotel with a nice garden and swimming pool. I liked the breakfeast room, the direct access to Kuta Beach, the large and clean bedroom and its balcony. Internet is speed and cheap. Good location very close from the main shopping mall, the water park, the market street and the beach.

The hotel is a little bit far from the main clubs of Jalan Legian (Bounty, Sky Garden or VI AI PI). The best way is to take a taxi motorbike to go there, because the traffic is crasy at night in Legian.

I thought the pools and located on the hotel was amazing. Great value for money.

The only thing I thought could be better was the breakfast everything else was great.

Perfect pools, nice garden and spa. Exellent service and friendly Staff. Perfectly located by the beach. And the food in the restaurant was really good and not too expensive.

No free Wifi and not available in the rooms. Check out too early, at 10. Breakfast needs more variations. Some rooms in not too good condition but we got to change when complaining.

Good location. Very nice gardens and pool areas. Bedroom newly refurbished. Breakfast good quality, though limited variety.

Bathroom needs to be refurburbished and limited hot water.
